  • How to Become a Shareholder of Curves Group
    You can purchase our shares through a securities company.

    Step1: Open a brokerage account
    As the first step toward becoming a partner of Curves Group, you will need to open an account with a securities company in advance.

    Step2: Purchase shares through a securities company
    Once you have opened your account, please deposit the necessary funds into your brokerage account and purchase our shares through the securities company.
    Our shares are listed and traded on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

      at Curves or Pint-up clubs?

      No, shares are not available for purchase at our clubs. You will need to purchase our shares through an account with a securities company.

    • By when do I need to purchase shares to be eligible for shareholder benefits?

      The record date for our company is the end of August each year. You must complete your purchase two business days before the record date (the last day with rights). We recommend completing the procedures well in advance.

    • How can I select my shareholder benefits?

      The "Shareholder Benefit Information" will be sent by mail to your registered address around November each year, enclosed with the General Meeting of Shareholders documents, for those listed as shareholders as of the end of August.

    • Can I select the subscription product discount as part of the shareholder benefit program
      even if my family member holds the shares?

      Even if your family member holds the shares, you are eligible to select the subscription product discount as part of the shareholder benefit program. Please note, however, that this discount is only available if the actual recipient of the benefit (the person to whom the discount is applied) is a Curves member in Japan and has an active subscriber. Even if the shareholder themself is not a Curves member or a subscriber, the discount can be applied as long as a family member meets these conditions.

    • Is there a risk of financial loss if the stock price drops?

      Stock prices fluctuate daily based on market movements. Therefore, the invested principal is not guaranteed. We warmly welcome investors who wish to support us as long-term partners.

    • Whom should I contact
      if my address changes?

      Please request a change of address through the securities company where you purchased our shares.

    • Can I purchase your shares through a NISA (Japan's tax-exempt investment) account?

      Yes, you can purchase our shares through a NISA account. Using the NISA system offers advantages such as exempting dividends from income tax. For details, please contact the securities company you use.
